Recipe: Breadsticks

Seriously... honestly.... we are trying to embrace a more gluten-free diet... but seriously... honestly... I LOVE bread SO MUCH and just have to have it, every once in a while, -- especially because nothing else really comes close.  So, we had some Trader Joe's pizza dough left over last weekend (for the kids of course...) and I was thinking, hmmm, what would give us the biggest bang for our gluten buck--for some reason...breadsticks popped into my mind.   They were really good and I thought you would enjoy them too...

 Super easy:

roll out room temp dough on floured board

cut into long skinny strips

brush with egg wash and apply seeds of choice and a little salt.
bake on parchment paper-lined baking sheet
at 400 degrees for 12- 15 mins -- rotate 1/2 way thru
and check to make sure not over browning.

and done...Delicious!
These will surely satisfy your bread craving till the next time it strikes!
